1. ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
- Processing times may vary depending on product availability
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
We reserve the right to delay processing for:
- Fraud verification
- Address confirmation
- Inventory checks
2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY
We ship via major carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL.
- Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed
- Expedited shipping applies to transit time only, not processing time
We are not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Weather disruptions
- Service interruptions
3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Weight
- Dimensions
- Destination
All shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
4. RISK OF LOSS & DELIVERY
All shipments are FOB Origin.
👉 Risk transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier.
We are not responsible for:
- Lost packages marked as delivered
- Theft after delivery
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
5. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping charges
- Address changes are not guaranteed after order placement
6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide.
International customers are responsible for:
- Customs duties and taxes
- Import fees
- Clearance procedures
We are not responsible for:
- Customs delays
- Seized shipments
- Additional import charges
7. FREIGHT FORWARDERS & THIRD-PARTY SHIPPING
If you use a freight forwarder or third-party shipping service:
👉 All responsibility transfers once the package is delivered to the forwarder.
We are not responsible for:
- Damage after delivery to forwarder
- Lost items after handoff
- Misrouting by third parties
8. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Photos of packaging and item are required
If a shipment is lost in transit:
- We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier
- Resolution is subject to carrier investigation
9. PARTIAL SHIPMENTS
Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on availability.
10. ORDER HOLDS & VERIFICATION
We reserve the right to hold shipments for:
- Fraud screening
- Payment verification
- Security concerns
Failure to provide requested verification may result in order cancellation.
11. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse shipment to certain locations
- Cancel orders deemed high-risk
