Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all components included.

All returns require prior authorization. Please contact us before sending any item back.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Installed or used parts
  • Electrical components
  • Special order or non-stock items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items returned without authorization

Fitment Responsibility

Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchasing.

We strongly recommend confirming part numbers or contacting us for assistance prior to ordering. Returns due to incorrect fitment may be subject to restocking fees.


Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 15–25% restocking fee, depending on the item.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost returns.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photos for verification before issuing a replacement or refund.


Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
